I came across a great video on Yahoo today. It was all about "America's Cheapest Family". Annette and Steve Economides support a family of seven on an annual salary of about $35,000 per year. Their grocery bill is a paltry $350 per month! They were featured on ABC's 20/20 .
The Economides' have also written a book, America's Cheapest Family Gets You Right on the Money
The family's lifestyle and the book look very similar to the Tightwad Gazette, which I also highly recommend. The Economides' recommend things like never using credit cards, never going into debt to purchase anything, purchasing clothes second-hand and using coupons to shop. These are all things I recommend on this site, but they seem to be so...efficient!
